For custom development projects (websites, apps, SaaS):

  • Refunds are available if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon project scope
  • 50% refund available if project is cancelled within 7 days of starting
  • No refunds after 50% project completion unless we fail to meet specifications
  • Refund amount will be proportional to work not completed

Monthly Services

For ongoing services (SEO, social media marketing, hosting):

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time clients
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Prorated refunds for unused portions of prepaid services

  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Custom work that has been delivered and approved
